1. Before using the tool, please check the runout of the tool. If the runout precision exceeds 0.01mm, please correct it before cutting;
2. The shorter the extension of the tool from the chuck, the better. If the tool extends out longer, it is necessary to reduce the spindle speed, feed rate, or cutting depth;
3. If abnormal vibrations or sounds occur during re-cutting, please reduce both the speed and the cutting depth until the situation improves;
4. For cooling steel materials, the use of a spray or jet cooling method is recommended to enhance the milling cutter's performance.
Note: Not suitable for use with low-speed machines such as bench drills and hand drills.
The sharp and wear-resistant edge facilitates smooth chip removal, allows for rapid milling, and provides stable anti-vibration performance.
This material has very high wear resistance and strength, making it suitable for high-hardness and high-speed milling applications.
This coating exhibits strong wear resistance and high-temperature resistance with a coating hardness of up to approximately 4000 HV, which can extend the tool life by threefold.
Fully-ground spiral flutes for smooth chip evacuation
The precision-ground spiral flutes prevent tool sticking and allow for large capacity chip removal, resulting in smoother cutting and a significant increase in production efficiency.
Chamfering Tool Shank
A universal chamfering cylindrical shank with strong resistance to vibration, offering more stable machining and more convenient usage.
