Our ball-end milling cutter is not easy to break.

2. The shorter the length of the cutter extends out of the chuck, the better; if the cutter extends out longer, you need to reduce the speed feed rate or cutting volume.
3. If abnormal vibration or sound occurs during cutting, please reduce the speed and cutting volume until the situation improves.
4. Steel cooling by spraying and air-jet is preferred to improve the effect of milling cutter use.
5. Select the milling cutter with the appropriate hardness and number of cutting edges for processing.
